Job Summary
Private Duty Nurse in pediatric home health visiting South Houston, TX. Provide skilled nursing per physician plan of care, administer meds/feeds/treatments, maintain professional relationships with patients/families, and assist clinical leadership during in-home assessments and care coordination. Roles available: Full-time, Part-time, and PRN with 8-12 hour shifts; benefits include health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability, PTO, 401(k). Pediatric experience preferred but training provided; license in TX required (LVN or RN) with CPR certification.
