Job Summary
Provide skilled pediatric home health nursing in clients' homes in San Antonio, TX, following physician-prescribed plans of care. Administer medications, feedings, and treatments, maintain real-time charting, and uphold professional relationships with patients and families. Support clinical leadership during in-home assessments and care coordination. Flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN options; 1:1 patient/nurse ratio; regular 8- to 12-hour shifts. Licensure in Texas (LVN or RN) and CPR certification required. Pediatric experience preferred but not required, with substantial paid training provided.
