Home Health Nurse RN or LVN

Provide skilled pediatric nursing in in-home settings under the physician-prescribed plan of care. Administer medications, feedings, and treatments while maintaining professional relationships with patients and families. Assist clinical leadership during in-home patient assessments and care coordination with real-time charting. Regular shifts typically 8-12 hours; you pick your schedule as full-time, part-time, or PRN. Licensure in Texas (LVN or RN) and CPR certification required; pediatric experience preferred but training is provided prior to assignment.
