Home Health Nurse RN or LVN

Provide skilled pediatric private-duty nursing in-home per physician-prescribed plan of care, including medication administration, feedings, and treatments. Maintain professional relationships with patients and families, assist clinical leadership during in-home assessments, and coordinate care. Requires a valid LVN or RN license in Texas and CPR certification; pediatric experience preferred. Flexible scheduling with 8-12 hour shifts; 1:1 patient/nurse ratio; Full-time, Part-time, or PRN roles with benefits such as health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and disability options. Training provided to ensure proficiency prior to assignment.
