Job Summary
Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans for individuals. Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions, documenting any changes in conditions and reporting them to supervisors. Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with management. This role requires a currently licensed Registered Nurse with demonstrated knowledge of current nursing practices, problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license. First aid and CPR certification are required.

- Valid driver's license
- First aid/CPR certification required
Desired Qualifications
