Job Summary
Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care to a 16-year-old client with a G-tube, managing medical complexities to ensure safe and comfortable living at home. Perform specialized hands-on care including ventilator and trach management as needed, utilizing comprehensive training provided for all staff regardless of prior experience. Work flexible day shifts Monday through Friday and night shifts on weekends, supported by 24/7 team assistance and a dedicated learning curve for new hires.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Pediatric experience is a plus
