Job Summary
Provide AmazingCare to medically complex pediatric and adult clients in-home while adhering to clinical guidelines. Manage daily patient care and log clinical notes within the EMR System (Kantime). Collaborate with clinicians, caregivers, and operational teams to ensure timely, personalized support. Schedule includes Days or Nights 12-hour shifts in Magna, Utah. Valid Utah RN license, active BLS, and reliable transportation required. Spanish speaking encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nursing License within State of Utah
- Active BLS certification
- Valid drivers license
- reliable transportation commuting to patient location
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ year of healthcare experience preferred but not required
