Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, administering medications and therapies as prescribed. Monitor patient condition, assist with activities of daily living, and report changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with clinicians and caregivers to ensure optimal care while maintaining accurate medical records in the electronic system. This role covers a 6-month-old female patient from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Candidates must hold an active RN or LVN license, current BLS certification, and a valid driver's license with insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LVN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent assessment skills and attention to detail
