Job Summary
Provide private duty nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, administering medications and therapies as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions, report changes to the healthcare team, and assist with activities of daily living while offering emotional support to families. Maintain accurate medical records using web-based electronic systems and collaborate with clinicians to ensure optimal care. Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance required; BLS certification mandatory. Full-time or part-time shifts available with a $3,000 sign-on bonus for full-time roles.
Required Qualifications
- Active LVN License or RN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
