Job Summary
Centria Healthcare is hiring RNs and LPNs to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes (pediatric and adult) with a focus on trach, ventilator, and G-tube management in a single patient setting; shifts available include 6:00 AM–6:00 PM and 6:00 PM–6:00 AM, full-time and part-time, with benefits, paid training, and 24/7 clinical support; state of Michigan licensure required and home-care experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Pediatrics (birth–21 years)
- Adults with complex medical needs
