Job Summary
Provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes across pediatric and adult clients in Michigan. Deliver skilled care including trach/vent care, medication administration, and catheter care; monitor and document vital signs; assist with ADLs; communicate with families and care teams; maintain high-quality, patient-centered care. Schedule options include full-time and part-time Day, Night, and Weekend shifts with weekly pay and optional daily pay. Active Michigan RN or LPN license required; home care/private duty experience preferred; vent/trach experience a plus (training provided). Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential. Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
- Patient Population: Pediatrics (birth–21 years) and Adults with complex medical needs
