Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed for home-based, private-duty care in Lyons, OR. Provides in-home nursing for G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator-dependent patients. Full-time shifts run 7:30am–7:30pm with Tuesday–Thursday availability; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, weekly or daily pay, and career development opportunities. Must hold an active LPN license, CPR certification, and TB test; six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred. Will work through Aveanna’s in-home care model with electronic documentation via tablet and 24/7 local clinician support.
Required Qualifications
- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Must have reliable transportation
