Job Summary
Conduct outside sales calls to potential and existing referral sources, meeting quota and conversion ratio requirements. Generate qualified, professional referrals that contribute to census development by promoting hospice programs to medical professionals, civic leaders, and the community through regular visits. Manage a sales territory and contact database while maintaining relationships with new and existing accounts. Introduce and sell client hospice services to industry professionals, the community, and families to illustrate and reflect the agency's quality of care. Requires prior home health sales experience, a bachelor's degree, two years of outside sales in healthcare, a valid driver's license, and willingness to drive to hospitals and clinics. Must clear criminal background check and physical screening.
Required Qualifications

- at least two years of outside sales
- preferably in healthcare
- Strong time management skills
- Valid driver's license
- auto insurance
- reliable transportation
- willingness to drive to various locations in the community (hospitals, medical clinics etc.)
- Must clear a criminal background check
