Job Summary
Assess patient conditions during every home visit, chart observations, and perform evaluations including vital signs. Dress or redress open wounds to assess healing progress and administer injections, blood draws, and IVs when appropriate. Provide timely feedback to the RN Case Manager and other professionals regarding patient status. Requires a CA Vocational Nurse license, one year of home health experience, and current CPR certification. Candidates must possess a recent TB skin test or chest X-ray, be fully vaccinated against COVID, and have a physical examination within six months. Ability to travel locally with reliable transportation is essential.
Required Qualifications
- CA Vocational Nurse license
- 1+ yr experience in Home Health
- Recent TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray
- COVID Vaccine
- Physical examination within 6 months
- Health Care Provider CPR Certification
- Ability to travel (locally) with reliable transportation
