Job Summary
Deliver high-quality in-home nursing care as a PRN LPN, including administering medications, wound care, assessments, IV therapy, catheter care, and patient education. Collaborate with physicians and other providers, maintain documentation, adhere to infection control guidelines, and provide emotional support to patients and families while visiting patients in their homes in Cape Coral, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum of 6 months of clinical experience as an LPN in a hospital or skilled nursing facility
