Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes, complete patient assessments and documentation, administer medications, and perform wound care. Educate patients and families while coordinating care with physicians and the healthcare team. This role offers flexible PRN/part-time scheduling with weekly or same-day pay, health insurance, PTO, and retirement benefits.
