Home Health LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Part Time

Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders under the direction of a Registered Nurse teammate. Perform the continuum of hands-on client care through documentation and timely communication with the client's physician and other caregivers. Recognize changes in patient needs and responses requiring intervention to prevent or reduce risk. Educate clients and their family members based on specific needs while providing care in the patient's home using skills such as phone triage, wound care, infusions, and catheter care. This part-time PRN role covers Monday through Friday in the Alachua and High Springs territories.
