Home Health LPN Licensed Practical Nurse Full time 2500 Bonus

Deliver quality patient care in compliance with physician orders under the direction of a Registered Nurse teammate. Perform the continuum of hands-on client care through documentation and timely communication with the client's physician and other caregivers. Recognize changes in patient needs and responses requiring intervention to prevent or reduce risk. Educate clients and their family members based on specific needs. Provide care in patients' homes using skills such as phone triage, wound care, infusions, and catheter care. Maintain confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times. This role offers a full-time position with a $2,500 bonus, located in Osceola County.
