Job Summary
Coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions. Document changes in patient conditions and report observations to the supervisor while maintaining accurate records of care. This role requires a licensed practical nurse with a valid driver's license and First aid/CPR certification. Previous experience as a Registered Nurse is preferred. The position is part-time with flexible scheduling and covers areas including Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, Valencia County, and East Mountains. Required Qualifications
