Job Summary
Provide direct in-home patient care for a PEG-tube patient in Christiansburg, VA. Administer and monitor PEG feedings, perform routine assessments, and assist with medication administration. Maintain accurate documentation of care and patient progress; support the patient and family in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment; communicate effectively with family members and the care team. Requires an active Virginia LPN license; in-home patient care experience highly valued. Required Qualifications
