Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes under the supervision of a Registered Nurse; administer medications and treatments as ordered; perform patient assessments and contribute to care planning; educate patients and caregivers on disease management; monitor patient condition and report changes; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams; utilize AI-assisted EMR tools to complete documentation efficiently; flexible scheduling options including full-time or modified schedules; 1:1 patient care with emphasis on autonomy and continuity of care; mileage reimbursement and bonus opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- CPR certification
Additional Requirements
- AHCA Level 2 background screening may be required
