Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes, adhering to care plans and physician orders while documenting all interventions. Perform hands-on tasks including wound care, infusions, catheter care, and PICC line dressing changes, alongside phone triage and patient education. Recognize changes in patient status requiring intervention and communicate timely updates to the client's physician and caregivers. Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries throughout all interactions. Requires an active LPN license and one year of home health or healthcare experience. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN License in the state of application
- 1-year LPN experience in a home health or health care setting
