Job Summary
Hospitality-focused Home Health Liaison responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other referral sources; educating healthcare professionals and the community about GlenCare services; generating new referrals and meeting monthly growth targets; collaborating with clinical and administrative staff for smooth patient intake; tracking marketing activities and outcomes; representing the agency at health fairs, senior centers, and networking events; communicating with prospective residents/guests, families, and key influencers to drive sales activity; ensuring familiarity with FHA/ADA guidelines; part-time schedule (20 hours/week) in Naples, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of Associates degree in nursing or other health-related field preferred, or equivalent experience - minimum 2 years experience working in sales/admissions position within a home health or assisted living environment.
