Job Summary
Lead and develop a hands-on intake team supporting multiple California home health agencies; oversee referral intake, insurance verification, authorizations, and admission readiness; drive referral conversion, timely admissions, and operational efficiency; partner with branch leadership, clinicians, and business development to support agency growth; monitor intake performance metrics and implement process improvements while ensuring Medicare and payer compliance; travel within California to support locations and initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of Medicare-certified home health experience
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in intake, admissions, care coordination, referral management, or related healthcare operations
- Strong knowledge of Medicare eligibility, payer requirements, authorization processes, and home health admissions
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Business Administration, or related field
