Job Summary
Home Health Hospice Registered Nurse required to oversee and coordinate patient care for hospice patients, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and validity to perform RN duties in various settings, including home visits and patient evaluations.
Required Qualifications
- Currently licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Oklahoma
- At least 2 years hospice experience as an RN preferred
- Proficient in verbal, written, and electronic communication
- Valid Driver’s License
- Current auto insurance verification
- CPR Certification
Desired Qualifications
- Certification in Hospice and Palliative Nursing
Additional Requirements
- Must be flexible to adjust to changing tasks frequently
