Home Health & Hospice Nurses

Connected Home Health & Hospice is seeking home health and hospice nurses, including RN’s, LPN’s, and CNA’s, to join their growing team that has been serving Oregonians since 2003. The positions support a collaborative nursing culture aiming for exceptional patient outcomes. Candidates must hold an active Oregon professional license, current CPR certification, possess excellent communication skills, and have a valid driver's license with auto insurance. The roles available include full time, part time, and PRN, including weekend shifts.
