Home Health Field Supervisor - Albuquerque, NM

Job Summary
Lead and supervise field caregivers and home health aides to ensure high-quality, client-centered in-home care. Oversee adherence to care plans and ADLs, ensure regulatory compliance with NM DOH and HIPAA, and collaborate with operations and clinical teams to improve client outcomes. Provide coaching, training, onboarding, and ongoing staff development; maintain accurate documentation; support recruitment and onboarding of new staff; promote safe, ethical, and compliant care delivery in the Albuquerque area.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in home healthcare, caregiving, or related healthcare field
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare training preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Must have a current valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation required
- Must live in Albuquerque, NM or surrounding areas
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly encouraged
