Job Summary
RN to create and manage a plan of care for individual patients; coordinate with colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans; administer medications and monitor for side effects or reactions; document changes in patient conditions and report to supervisor; maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor; requires California nursing license and home health experience
