Job Summary
Field Registered Nurse (Field RN) provides skilled nursing care in patients' homes on an intermittent basis under physician orders and the plan of care. Responsibilities include making initial evaluation visits, initiating and revising the plan of care, delivering services requiring specialized nursing skills, performing preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures, and preparing clinical/progress notes for each patient visit. Requirements: graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, current Texas RN license, minimum 1 year home health nursing experience, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Hybrid work arrangement available for Frisco, TX local applicants with flexible scheduling and travel reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Texas
- Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a home health setting
- Current CPR Certification
- Access to reliable transportation
