Job Summary
Guide coordinators and clinical supervisors in improving home health care services while overseeing all direct and indirect patient services provided by clinical personnel. Provide assistance in assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient and family care across the organization. Interpret operational indicators to detect census changes that impact staffing levels, revenues, or expenses. Assist the Executive Director in preparing and administering the organization's budget and help clinical supervisors develop skills for evaluating clinician performance. Requires RN licensure with three to four years of recent management experience in home health, with weekend availability as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
- Three years of management experience within the last five (5) years in a home health, at least one (1) year of which was a supervisory or administrative capacity
- A registered nurse with four (4) years' experience within the last five (5) years in a home health agency, primary care clinic or health facility, at least one (1) year of which was in a supervisory or administrative capacity
Desired Qualifications
- Previous healthcare experience with the ability to read and understand a medical documents and terminology
