Job Summary
Oversee all clinical operations and nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality, patient-centered home health care in Orlando, FL. Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and procedures while supervising RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other clinical staff. Conduct performance evaluations, staff training, and competency assessments to maintain compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans and monitor clinical outcomes, OASIS documentation, and quality improvement metrics. Manage intake, scheduling, and coordination of home health visits to ensure continuity of care. Requires an active Florida RN license, 2–3 years of home health experience, and leadership background.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida
- Minimum 2–3 years of home health nursing experience
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a home health or clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid home health regulations and OASIS documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills
- CPR/BLS certification

- Experience with home health EMR/software platforms
