Job Summary
Direct and oversee home health clinical services, providing leadership for nursing administration and ensuring compliance with licensure and Joint Commission home care standards. Responsible for budgeting, staff hiring and performance evaluations, developing orientation and ongoing education programs, maintaining clinical records, promoting quality and safe delivery of home health services, and fostering growth in referrals. Requires RN licensure, a Bachelor’s degree in nursing, and prior home health management experience; Master’s degree in health care preferred; must be a licensed driver with insured vehicle; position is full-time and onsite in Victorville, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Registered nurse with current licensure to practice professional nursing in the state
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited program
- Three years of management experience in a home health or related health care organization, with at least one year in a supervisory or administrative capacity
- Must have Home Health experience
- Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements
