Job Summary
Directs clinical operations for a growing home health agency in the Phoenix market, overseeing delivery of high-quality patient care and coordinating a team of nurses, therapists, CNAs, aides, and social workers. Responsible for recruiting, orienting, training, supervising, and retaining qualified clinicians, ensuring provision of supplies/equipment, assessing patient needs, resolving issues, and managing resources to meet client goals in compliance with home health laws and regulatory standards.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- active RN or BSN license in Arizona
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in home healthcare
- At least 4 years of supervisory and management experience
- CPR / BLS certification
- Extensive knowledge of state and federal home health laws and regulatory standards
