Job Summary
Our client seeks a compassionate Home Health Clinical Support RN to join the care team in Illinois. The role focuses on providing care to patients in Antioch and surrounding areas, supporting a team-based environment, meeting charting deadlines, and self-managing time and schedule. The position requires experience with EMR software and familiarity with tablets or mobile devices, and includes a Monday–Friday day-shift schedule with no weekends, on-call, or holidays. Responsibilities include delivering all levels of care to patients, supporting patients in local communities, and ensuring timely charting. Candidates must hold an Illinois RN license and a valid driver license, and have 1+ years of home health or related EMR experience. Required Qualifications
- High School or GED required
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Illinois (IL)
- Valid Regular Driver License
- 1+ years of experience in Home Health Care or related EMR experience
- Epic Home Health (1+ years)
- Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience (TruChart EHR or other EMR)
- Ability to travel for required visits in Antioch, IL and surrounding areas
- Ability to meet deadlines for charting
- Experience with tablets, mobile devices, and EMR software
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift; no weekends/on-call/holidays
