Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to patients in their homes by completing comprehensive assessments, administering medications and treatments as ordered, and developing, implementing, and updating individualized care plans. This home health role requires full-time Monday–Friday hours from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in Newport Beach, CA, with a base pay of $72.00 per hour. Candidates must hold an active California RN license, possess at least two years of acute-care experience, have prior home health experience, and maintain current BLS certification and a valid driver's license for field-based visits.
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted California RN license
- Minimum of two years of acute-care nursing experience
- Previous home health nursing experience
- Current Basic Life Support certification
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable transportation for home visits
- Home Health and Hospice setting
