Job Summary
Clinical Manager – Home Health leads supervision of clinical staff (RN/LPN/CNA) and ensures services are delivered according to licensing guidelines and agency policies. Plans, develops, and manages clinical programs and activities, supports agency growth in home health, serves as clinical expert for operational/financial management, conducts client home visits, investigates complaints, participates in recruiting/training of clinical staff, and evaluates programs for quality of care. Requires RN licensure in practice state, CPR, and an associates degree; 3+ years RN experience in healthcare (home health or hospice) with Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and knowledge of OASIS. Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Associates degree required
- Obtains and maintains active CPR per agency policy
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health or hospice)
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience and a basic understanding of OASIS
