Home Health Clinical Manager - RN ($10K Relocation!)

Oversee day-to-day office and clinical operations, ensuring continuity of services and appropriate staff coverage during absences. Supervise clinical and administrative staff, including RN and PT Case Managers, while monitoring action screens, schedules, productivity, and workflow. Develop on-call schedules, review logs, and provide administrative support for smooth off-hours operations. Review and approve clinical documentation, plans of care, evaluations, and quality improvement reports to address deficiencies. Manage intake, referral, admission, and billing processes to ensure timely reimbursement. Approve schedules, payroll transmittals, and accounts payable per company protocols. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and internal regulations while maintaining survey readiness. Lead staff meetings, in-services, and case conferences to support ongoing education initiatives.
