Home Health Clinical Manager

As a Registered Nurse Clinical Manager at CenterWell Home Health, you will oversee clinical operations for the location, lead and support a team of clinicians, guide clinical practice and care planning, ensure Medicare, payer, and company standards in documentation and billing, participate in hiring, training, performance evaluation, coaching, and corrective action, coordinate care across physicians, caregivers, and team members, contribute to quality improvement, budgeting, and community relations, and provide direct patient care on a limited basis or act as Branch Director in the absence of leadership.
