Job Summary
The RN Clinical Manager – Home Health position requires a skilled leader with home health experience and knowledge of HCHB & Oasis to supervise clinical staff serving high medical acuity clients. This role involves program planning, staff management, and ensuring compliance with regulations while delivering quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse licensure in the state of practice
- Obtain and maintain active CPR per agency policy
- 3+ years RN experience in a healthcare setting (home health preferred)
- Valid CPR
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- Basic understanding of OASIS
