Job Summary
Provide supervision and direction for field staff, acting as a liaison between field and office personnel. Manage the POD's Clinical Field Staff by assigning tasks, establishing measurable objectives, and monitoring results via HCHB reports. Update clinical records for communications, orders, and re-hospitalizations; evaluate client episodes to determine discharge or recertification needs. Address customer concerns, resolve conflicts, and communicate with sales regarding referral relationships. Review staff schedules to ensure productivity, communicating availability with the PSC and providing weekly projected productivity to the Clinical Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working as a Registered Nurse in home care or applicable setting
- Must possess an Associate's Degree from an accredited School of Nursing
- Minimum of one (1) year of management experience preferred
