Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for an assigned team of 30-40 clinicians, overseeing patient care delivery, regulatory compliance, and quality outcomes. Supervise, coach, and mentor field staff while conducting ride-alongs, performance evaluations, and corrective action planning. Serve as the primary liaison for physicians, patients, and caregivers, leading interdisciplinary case conferences and care coordination. Monitor clinician productivity, scheduling, and documentation timeliness to ensure high-quality patient care and agency goals. Provide real-time clinical support and problem-solving assistance during complex situations, while maintaining competency in Clinical Review Manager workflows as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Current unrestricted RN, PT, OT, or other applicable professional license
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum three (3) years of home health experience preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of Medicare Conditions of Participation and home health operations
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with EMR systems and reporting tools
