Job Summary
Educator responsible for delivering educational resources and programs to clinical staff in home health, leveraging evidence-based education plans to translate classroom and self-learning into in-home patient care; participates in clinician hiring and onboarding, conducts competency evaluations, mentors preceptors, teaches orientation didactics, maintains and updates web-based learning resources, supports on-site education for clinical teams, contributes to annual competency programs, and maintains up-to-date EMR and policy knowledge to ensure compliance and high-quality care.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in clinical field (RN, OT, PT, SLP) or related experience in Home Health field preferred
- Licensed in Massachusetts
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, 3 of which are recent home care required
- Teaching experience preferred
- Knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint and E-Learning modalities preferred
