Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (Menlo Park, CA)

Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the occupational therapist and provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to improve patients' ability to perform daily living activities, fine motor skills, coordination, and cognitive functioning. Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, safety strategies, and assistive equipment while monitoring progress and documenting changes for the supervising therapist. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and physical therapists to ensure comprehensive care and maintain accurate patient records. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to foster a supportive therapeutic environment. This is a PRN position with flexible scheduling where you can choose preferred coverage areas.
