Job Summary
Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and help them integrate into the community through favorite activities. Provide direct care for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, including those with complex needs. Maintain a valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance. Work part-time shifts including Monday through Friday mornings and rotating Saturdays and Sundays.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- Access to a registered vehicle
- Proof of insurance
Desired Qualifications
- Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination
