Home Health Caregiver

Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition while assisting with personal hygiene and managing behavioral challenges. Develop meaningful relationships with individuals you serve and take initiative to help them integrate into the community. You'll assist people with complex needs, including those with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ensuring they live well and grow independently. Schedule includes every other Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 8pm, with on-call hours varying to include evenings and occasional weekends. Requires a valid driver's license, access to a registered vehicle, and proof of insurance. High school diploma or equivalent preferred with six months of experience in human services or direct care.
