Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care in the home setting under physician direction; assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans; monitor patient progress and document services; educate patients and families on condition management, medications, and recovery; collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Mercy Home Health is hiring for Full-Time & Part-Time Day Shift opportunities in the St. Louis Metro area and neighboring counties. Scheduling includes Part-Time with Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, rotating on-call weekends, and holiday rotation; mileage reimbursement; autonomy and meaningful, patient-centered care in patients' homes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri
- Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association
