Conduct private duty physical therapy and occupational therapy visits in Lehigh Acres for Matrix Home Care, including SOC coverage as needed. Utilize the Kantime EMR and EVV system for all patient interactions and documentation. Maintain valid Florida licensure and required liability insurance while working on the road. One year of Home Care Oasis and home care visit experience is required. Flexible per-diem hours are available with weekly pay, and quick onboarding is offered to qualified candidates.
