Job Summary
Conduct Occupational Therapy evaluations and home visits in Fort Myers for Matrix Home Care's Medicare and private clients. Manage daily documentation using the EVV system, Kantime. Maintain a valid Florida PT/OT license and one year of Home Care Oasis experience. Operate independently on the road with flexible per-diem hours, including on-call rotation as needed. Immediate onboarding available for qualified candidates.
