Job Summary
Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and visits for private duty home care clients in Punta Gorda, FL. Maintain daily documentation in the Kantime EMV/EVV system. Maintain a valid Florida OT license and one year of home care visit experience. Provide liability insurance coverage. Work flexible per-diem hours with weekly pay. Background screening, including fingerprinting, is required per Florida law.
