Job Summary
Assume 24-hour administrative responsibility for managing all nursing home care service functions. Develop and implement departmental plans, including performance improvement activities and compliance with current regulations. Supervise and evaluate all personnel assigned to the department while communicating with staff, physicians, and administration both written and verbally. Collaborate with executive leadership on the overall nursing administration, development, and implementation of home health services. This full-time day shift role requires a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor's degree, three years of professional nursing experience, and two years of Home Care Manager experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field
- Current and valid state license as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of three (3) years professional nursing experience
- Minimum of two (2) years Home Care Manager experience
- Current driver's license
